 PERSONAL INTERVIEW
 I prefer to obtain it through a personal telephone interview at your convenience.  You may call me at (703) 680-
 7781 to schedule the interview.  Our conversation will enable me to quickly assess your needs and determine how
 best to market you.  After our discussion, I will provide you with an accurate price quote and discuss payment
 methods
(VISA, Mastercard, Money Order).

 FAX INFORMATION
 Sometimes time zones, distance, and other factors make a telephone interview difficult.  So, I prefer that you mail
 or fax the required items to 14602 Estate Drive, Woodbridge, VA 22193.  My fax number is the same telephone
 number as above; therefore, you must contact me first to turn on the fax.  Whatever method you choose, I always
 maintain the strictest confidentiality of your personal information. 

 Once I have all your information, I will reassure you through email or a telephone call.  At this time, I will also
 provide you with an approximate start date, finish date and
an accurate price quote and discuss payment
 methods
(VISA, Mastercard, Money Order).
  Ideally, I try to provide a turnaround of 1-2 weeks per
 client.  This timeframe may vary due to the sheer volume of clients.  Additionally, it is not unusual for a former
 client to need further assistance, especially with the Federal Employment process.

 ONLINE SUBMISSION
 Simply fill out the online form and I will contact you
through email or a telephone call.  At this time, I will also
 provide you with an approximate start date, finish date and

 INFORMATION I NEED
 
My goal is to produce a scannable and detailed-oriented resume that appeals to a broad audience.  This is best 
 achieved by using #’s, $, and % signs to quantify your accomplishments. 
So, please provide me with as much
 of the following information as possible. 

  • DD Form 214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty)
  • Officer/Enlisted Records Brief (ORB/ERB)
  • Officer/Enlisted Evaluation Reports- try to go back 10 years, if possible
  • American Council of Education (ACE)- Army ACE Registry Transcript System (AARTS)
  • Awards- justification rather than actual citation
  • Letters of Recommendation/Commendation/Accomplishment- highlighting achievement
  • Job Descriptions- current and past

 Please list on a separate sheet of paper the information below, but do not send hard copies. 

  • Specialized Training- course, duration, and year completed
  • College Education- degree, credit hours earned, GPA, location, and graduation date
  • High School Diploma- name of school, location, and when received
  • Computer Skills- spell out all military and civilian software programs
  • Foreign Language- language and level of proficiency
  • Security Clearance- current status or whether you ever held a clearance
  • Work History- job title, annual pay, employer, employer’s address, supervisor’s name, and telephone number
  • Professional Affiliations & Memberships- organization, position held, & year joined

 After finishing your professionally written document, I will return or shred (at your request) any information that you
 send.  I will also provide a tax-deductible receipt, MS Word formatted disk, and other pertinent information along
 with your resume. 
Shipping costs are included in the fee for all resumes and other documents.  I will return your
 information through the US Postal Service Priority Mail
, unless you specify otherwise.  Should you misplace your
 disk, I will promptly provide you with a free back-up copy.  Trust me, this service has benefited many of my clients.
